I always select a cd with a jewel case over a slip cover. I don't like cardboard cases for cds. Prefer the plastic jewel case. Even though they often crack during shipping.
There is a John Williams greatest hits cd. Most of the tracks are performed by the Boston pops. Therefore, that makes it an excellent pick up because so many of the major soundtrack recordings have studio orchestras. There's something special about an album recorded in Boston's symphony hall. The acoustics captured are every bit as good as each note.
