Repeatedly doing the same thing expecting a different result. No matter what we do as a company we run our fleet into the ground during every busy season. The longer the season the more out of service events, maintenance delays and cancellations we end up with.
Is this the nature of the beast or are we insane? Every year we start in a good position and end up in the same shithole. This is the way it's been for 25 years. Expecting it to change is futile.
