Filipino American composer won the Austin symphonic band's young composers competition. He's caught the social contagion of pronoun retardation. The entire presser refers to him as 'their.' Will not be attending concert and not interested in HIS artistic voice. And we have to highlight him being a Filipino American.  Because his work wouldn’t be near as amazing or relevant if he was just a Filipino, just an American or just a person assigned male at birth who developed schizophrenia.  STFU already. Why does any of this bullshit matter?  

 Because the Human Rights Campaign says it does.  Revoke any and all public funding and burn that institution to the ground.
