Forgiveness

Universal truth - Forgiving heals the forgiver more than the forgiven. 

Pastor Rob had an amazing message today focused on Forgiveness math.  It was really interesting.  I'll post a link when it is available to view online.

A story shared during the message which is jumbled compared to the way it is was shared goes something like this:

When someone trespasses against you it is like being bitten by a snake.  Logic says to chase after the snake in an effort to kill it as a form of revenge to keep it from biting someone else. To take revenge on the snake.  What most of us forget is once the snake has bit, the poison has entered the body.  If we chase after the snake the poison gets moved around the body and becomes toxic.  Stop and extract the poison.  Extracting the poison of trespasses is only possible through forgiveness.  My mind was blown. 

 Forgive always.  Don't count koo. Revenge is futile.  Forgive those who trespass against us even if it is not asked; forgiveness heals.  Keep track of trespasses is keeping the poison in the body.  Forgiveness relieves the body of poison that is often held onto.  Sometimes the hardest one to forgive is ourselves.  Forgive those you are in a relationship; forgive those you do not.  Forgive whether or not it is requested.  

Once again reminded of the simplicity and the universality of the Lord's prayer.  Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.  Boom goes the dyn-O-mite!  It doesn't say keep track.  It doesn't say to harbor the pain of the trespass.  It doesn't say only if requested.  Simply forgive those who trespass against us.  Praise God.  Amen.

Also reminded of Erika Kirk speaking at her husband's funeral.  With tears in hear eyes, Erika boldly forgave the person that killed her husband.  Ultimate releasing of a wrong so easy to harbor.  Ultimately cleansed her heart of poison of trespass.  Ultimate strength.  In time of weakness when it would be so easy to hold on to the hate and resentment for more than a lifetime.  And somehow, she forgave.  With tears in her eyes and in her heart.  I was touched and moved by the grace through strength in the courageous and certainly difficult practice of living the grace God has shown us to someone who caused immeasurable hurt to a woman, her family, a nation and all who knew Charlie. That is the same grace God showed us when he died on the cross for those who trespassed against him.  Let us have the strength to do the same to those who trespass against us.

My Dad asked if I would take him to church on All Saints Sunday, which is next Sunday.  All Saints day is when members of the church family remember the faithful departed, whether they are known or unknown.  I didn't want to as I wanted to attend my home church.  I discussed issue with my sister as she experienced All Saints Sunday last year after the death of her husband.  She shared she had a deep and pained cry when Craig's name was called.  It hurt.  She went to the alter, took light from the Christ candle and lit a candle in Craig's name.  I hope through that light it is more than a memory but a forgiveness of the horrible wrong that was done to my her, her husband, their family and all those who knew him.  Knowing that Craig is in heaven with God and they will be reunited when her time on Earth comes to an end.  Just as my Dad will be reunited with God, his parents, his wife and our Mom.

May the Lord bless you and keep you and make his face shine upon you and be gracious onto you.  May the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.

All I wanted to do was read a simple article about Parkinson's disease.  And the woke author of the article states, "Parkinson's primarily affects people assigned male at birth."  This bastardization of biological truth is offensive.  How low is this going to continue before the rest of us say we've had enough of this bullshit.  Parkinson's primarily affects MEN.

 Blowing up drug running boats and submarines carrying cocaine.  I'm all for it.  Keep it up.  Don't stop until the cartels distribution network is destroyed.  Destroy every last one of them.  But it's against the law.  There is no proof.  I don't care.  If people are actively in business of producing cocaine and illegally bringing into our country, destroy them.  They are actively engaged in doing harm to our citizens.  

The drug runners are not being given due process.  Who cares?  If there is adequate intelligence indicating they are running drugs, take them out.  

While we're out at, why don't we destroy entities that are producing poison within our borders.  The vaccine producers, the drug manufacturers and the processed food producers. 

Saw interesting commentary from Glenn Beck.  He thinks this is not only about drugs.  But about America asserting it's strength and reclaiming the western hemisphere.  Protecting it and working in our country's best interest.  This goes beyond the drugs coming from that part of the world.  It extends into protecting our borders, our sovereignty and our economic security.  Perhaps Trump really is playing 3D chess and is three moves ahead of everyone else playing a long game in protecting America and re-establishing our dominance.  I'll take that.

We had a guest pastor at church over the weekend. I was having a pity party for one on Sunday morning. Instead of attending early church I watched online.  I proceeded to get dressed and go to church to catch pastor earl in person.  Below is a recording of the message.  It is good. The first service was better.  

Earl is from our church and he was on staff for 12 years. He then was called to Dallas and started shoreline city church.  They have 4 services on Sunday.

 Sorry about not getting back to you yesterday.  I got distracted with my own peyote and I was seriously mellowed out.  My apologies.

The Jewish think they are my chosen people.  The mormons.  Club Catlick.  The list list goes on.  There's even one group of people who made a movie called "Jesus in India," trying to say it can be proved my youth was spent there.  You know - that period between 13 and 30...  I was not in India.  Whatever proof people think they have substantiating their claim has been completely fabricated.  They couldn't be further from the truth.  Exactly where does the truth lie?

My story has been changed through the ages it seems to suit whomever wants power wherever they want power.  How else can you explain the King James translation to my self help guide to successful living?  All wrong again.

We were always big on family.  Why do you think family gatherings on Sunday are a big part of my club? It's a time for family.  A time to rest after a difficult work week and before the new work week begins.  A time of praising me and worshiping me.  A time of fellowship and study.  We break bread and eat together.  Get plastered just to get through another week.

Anyways...  You see, Cortez was looking for the fountain of youth.  Newsflash - I found it and I hid it.  Now we know why I am timeless.  I am the same yesterday as I am today and will be tomorrow.  The alpha and the omega. You could also say I am the alpha and the amiga - I always liked the ladies.

Dead to Me

I was off of Facebook for a month, starting after Charlie Kirk was killed in hopes the algorithm would reset itself.  I logged back on October 11.  I was watching videos and learned about the sitting with dogs guy.  On the night of the 12th, I logged in again and was shown one video of the dog man.  Then after that I was shown repeated videos of passengers misbehaving on airplanes getting dragged off by police, a bunch of muslim prayer videos with them overtaking Dearborn Michigan and Times Square in NY, videos of muslim imams calling for the spreading of islam and videos showing people being pulled over and acting stupid - driving off with an officer hanging on, cop chases, people smarting off to police officers, etc.  It was very disturbing.  I watched for 3 hours.  Attracted to it like a bug attracted to the light.  I stand by my previous comments of these videos are unfit for general human consumption.

I searched for a way to voice my concerns to facebook, zuckerburg or meta.  I didn't find anything convincing me my comments would be reviewed.  After careful consideration (I hate that phrase) I decided to not only deactivate my account, but I deleted my account.  I had it since 2007 and was filled with pictures, videos and memories of my life story.  Vacation photos, photos of my kids, wife, cars, etc.  We are talking 18 years of my life recorded on facebook.  And it is completely gone now. 

I deleted my account because the videos being selected for me are destructive.  They are eroding the rule of law, our culture and contributing to the lack of civility in our society.  Muslims claim to be peaceful; however, their call is for Islam to take over the world.  The disrespecting of law and order is eroding societal order.  The alphabet people are the result of demonic forces.  None of this is good for me.  None of it is good for America.

The only way I can send a message is by refusing to participate and deleting my account.  

I think Zuckerburg and the entire social media industry know exactly what they're doing.  They're causing chaos.  Chaos causes confusion.  And confusion creates decline.  Society is declining and it is deliberate.  I will NOT take part in anything that weakens america or pollutes my mind or the mind of other people.  Goodbye.

Know Your Worth

 I applied to an auto repair company 4 or 5 times and each time I have received not selected by employer notification.  Received email today from Indeed stating the same auto repair company is having a career day with interviews and offers being made same day at one of the locations with signing bonuses.  I thought about signing up for their career day.  Then I decided not to. 

There is such a thing as knowing your worth.  If said auto repair company isn't interested and they feel the need to host a career day after denying me 4x, why should I waste my time?  I won't.  At this point if I was offered a job with them I'd say no.  A career day.  Multiple denials.  

If you don't realize a willing candidate after multiple applications and denials, it's probably not a good place to work anyway.

Work out all the kinks

There's something to be said about going to church to worship and praise God and to hear the message and prayer.  I think it improves my life because it works out all the kinks and bends in my thought process.  Works out all the angst in my head about employment, politics and culture.  Being at church smooths out the rough edges and somehow aligns my mental thought stream without getting hung up on all the noise in this world.  I feel centered and ready to head into a new week.  

During the week I am getting more focused and centered in time of prayer.  Often enjoy sitting in attitude of prayer and thankfulness.  Perhaps it's meditation?  My soul is calmed and energy is focused.  It is good.

A dude and his dog

 On the socials I am occasionally shown videos of this guy doing work with shelter dogs.  Often times the dogs are scared and on high alert.  This guy (we'll call him Kevin) selects a dog he is interested in working with and gets in the kennel with it and starts building trust and rapport with the animal.  The one I saw today showed Kevin wanting to celebrate "Barksgiving" with a shelter dog.  He climbs into the kennel and sits on the floor with the dog and calmly explains what he's doing.  Then Kevin starts giving the dog treats and gradually building trust with the dog.  First putting treats near the dog on the floor and gradually working towards the dog taking treats out of an open hand.   After this goes on for about 15 minutes, Kevin and the dog share a thanksgiving meal in the cage.  Fascinating.

These videos are one of the best things on the internet.  I enjoy seeing the dog open up and start to trust Kevin.  It's neat to see the dog gradually relax and start to come out of it's shell.  I think the relationship between dog and human is fascinating.  And it's interesting to hear the commentary when Kevin talks about trust and unconditional love given unconditionally by dogs.  A special bond between homo sapiens and canines.

Someday I would like to have a dog.  Curious what kind of relationship the dog and I would share.  Sometimes I think I'm too mean for a dog.  What if I ruin the dog and it becomes mean and nasty.  I wonder if I might become kind and tolerant with a dog.

When I view these types of videos, it reminds me that the world is not completely screwed up.  That there is some good in humanity.  It's a feel good video and makes the world a better place.   

The show is called sitting with dogs. I like it. A lot.

Patience

Patience - The art of maintaining a positive outlook when waiting for something to happen.  Patience also involves perseverance or tolerance in the face of delay, provocation or stress without responding negatively.

I have applied to 30 jobs.  Of those 30 jobs I got 2 interviews for one position.  Patiently awaiting next step.  I have received seven notifications of not being selected after application was reviewed. The rest have been no acknowledgement or response.

Patience is something I struggle with.  By nature I am a doer.  I get things done.  I expected to be re-employed by now. I started looking for work before my time at previous employer concluded.  

Hopeful the right opportunity is out there and it is just a question of preparation meeting opportunity when opportunity presents itself.

Not too long before I retired, said company made a HUGE deal out of partnering with Bad Bunny and putting together this puerto rican love fest for Bad Bunny.  Marty St. Kitts must have been Bad Bunny's biggest fan when the partnership was launched. Partnering with bad bunny isn’t about displaying your values- or is it?  Who the company partners with shapes perception of what’s important to the company or is it nothing more than a money grab geared towards Spanish speakers and gender fluid people?

Curious as to what the hype was about, I investigated Bad Bunny's music on Apple Music.  It's all in Spanish.  90% of it is explicit.  I can't understand any of it anyway because it's not in English.  

The NFL has selected Bad Bunny for the SuperBowl entertainment.  I did more research.  He's a cross-dressing gender fluid queer that makes offensive Spanish mafia wrap music.  I thought football was an american sport.  Not a spanish sport or a mexican sport or a puerto rican sport.  But what do I know.  A half time show that over half of the viewership won't understand.  Probably just as well.

I remember when kendrink lamar performed and the outrage from the traditional anudience over his gang banger drug addict criminal thug life outraged america. Let roger goddilldoe do more to alienate his core audience in a quest to broaden to a more global audience.  Like budlight partnering with transvestite dylan mulvaney.  Or cracker barrel getting rid of uncle hershel and making their logo look like a piece of velveeta cheese.

The news people said this is a vehicle being used to attract a global audience for american football.  Kinda like soccer?  Whatever.

What happens when there is an increase of people practicing a religion in a country that fundamentally opposes the religion that our country was founded upon?  And that same religion wants to rule the world?

Maybe it is not in the best interest of American to let people practicing religion who adamantly opposed to our way of life to be elected to positions of power.  And what if that is the goal of this unfettered immigration into this country?

Perhaps this is a deception practice to appear innocently enough to gradually expose non-muslim cultures to the ways of islam and then the next thing you know you get sharia law...And what if all those names above are partaking in tauquiyya to advance islam in America?

This is what is happening to the world as islam is creeping into cultures where it was previously a non-dominant minority religion.   And the religion is growing like a movement.  They're building their mosques, adding their script to law enforcement patches, broadcasting their call to prayer across emergency public address systems.  Telling non-muslims they are no longer welcome in communities they have lived their entire lives.

I wonder how many of these people are members of antifa.  

Perhaps Donald Trump is correct in deploying the national guard to cities where the law makers, governors and police are compromised or are not operating in the best interest of legal citizens of this country.    

I also find it interesting that Donald Trump using the military to destroy sea vehicles trafficking cocaine to America is being frowned upon by the politicians of the originating country.  Mexico's cartels are complaining that Trump is making it difficult to execute their operations of importing poison into our country.  That's why I voted for Donald Trump.  He will not tolerate those who wish to do harm to our people or our country.  I don't care if it is illegal to destroy a amphibious drug running vessel in the middle of the ocean.  Their product is illegal here and our president is doing whatever he can to protect the homeland and it's people.  More power to him.
